Juliano Rapoza was extremely helpful answering all my questions. This is my first Lexus so I didn’t know what to expect. Juliano was able to get answers and help with the cruise control selections. I was very impressed!

Matthew Hernandez was great to work with. I originally came in to have my wife’s RX 350 serviced, and shortly after receiving my loaner, I mentioned that my GS F was also due for maintenance. Matt got it booked right away and had my vehicle back to me in no time. I honestly expected to have to wait for parts, but that wasn’t the case at all.I’m extremely meticulous when it comes to my vehicles, and Matt and the service team really took care of me. After a couple of less-than-great experiences in the past, I can definitely say things have changed for the better. I really appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail.
