I will be honest when I called Lexus and the guy who answered the phone was not welcoming and sounded like he was over his entire job before I could even tell him the reason for my call. However, when I came to Lexus everyone was welcoming, the process was smooth and efficient. You guys never disappoint.

Service advisor was very active in the procedure and made it very easy to maneuver through and provided very useful information. I would give juliano and great deal of respect for his initiative and helpfulness during the entire process even during his time off

Outstanding reception / listening to my needs / actioning a solution plan! Bryce listened to what I was needing, beyond the 30,000 mile maintenance request, and promptly initiated the appointment / service activity, so people knew what I was requesting and desired. Abraham and Jason were phenomenal Service Champions and went the extra 2 miles to listen / feel / confirm my warped rotor / vibration assessment and swiftly / correctly facilitated a smooth / gliding remedy. Their balanced leadership / oversight is a true testament of attention to detail / utmost care to achieve a 100% Customer Satisfaction experience. And, I walked away 100% satisfied. Undoubtedly, my Service appointment was beyond “text book,” because they made me feel like I was the only one at the dealership. The constant communication (phone calls / texts) helped appease my curiosity as to what they were finding and how they were going to remedy the situation. I had no feeling of “wondering” what was happening when, because they constantly communicated, especially calling to talk to people and steer clear of text (non-people) wars! Park Place Lexus Grapevine Service Department is “what right looks like,” and especially with Abraham and Jason at the Service helm! 5 star experience on a 4 star scale!
