Anthony is always great and thorough

It was excellent. Lexus has made the wait an enjoyable experience with their tv set tuned to HGTV, my favorite; comfortable, well-appointed furnishings; stations for those who need to continue their workday routine while waiting on their car; the sweet smell of rich coffee wafting through the room, and a little gift shop area where I bought a pink cap with the L superimposed in bling bling. Lexus customers are the best. I always get in pleasant conversations with others who are waiting. I adore the time I must spend at Lexus.

Missy Smart at Park Place Lexus was very efficient and helpful. We barely had to wait, and my loaner car was ready right away. The pickup process after the service was quick and smooth as well. Overall, I am highly satisfied.

Prompt, friendly service. Nice loaner car, too! Thank you for a smooth process!
