When I bought the tire warranty, I believe that I was told that it included rotate and balance and other service to the tires, but on this visit I was told that the warranty only covered the tires themselves. When I was charged for the service, I told the man that and he told me that only the tires were covered—not any services. Should I just neglect the service and let you replace the tires when they go bad? Please check the warranty I bought and let me know. If I am correct, please issue a refund. Thank you, Dale W. Had a great experience. Was quick and easy drop off, the loaner vehicles was in great shape and the service was done quickly. The service advisor, Juliano, did a great job of communicating the status of everything while the car was in the shop.

As always, I had a wonderful experience, especially thanks to Joe. I had reserved a loaner car in advance because I had a packed schedule with several appointments. Unfortunately, due to a limited number of cars being returned the day before, there wasn’t a loaner available when I arrived. I’ll admit, I panicked a bit worrying I wouldn’t make it to my next appointment on time. Joe immediately stepped in to help. He was kind, professional, and genuinely apologetic about the situation. He reassured me that he would do everything he could to get me out quickly, and he did just that. Thanks to his attentiveness and efficiency, I was able to make my next appointment without a hitch. Every visit to Park Place Lexus is a great one, but this visit stood out because of Joe’s exceptional customer service.
