Joe, my service advisor at Lexus and is absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, he went above and beyond in every possible way and delivered the best possible customer service experiences.He kept me informed every step of the way, making sure I always knew what was happening with my vehicle. What truly impressed me was how proactive he was, he didn’t just do his job, he took ownership of the situation by sending all the necessary documentation to the third-party company to help me getting a reimbursement. That level of care and attention is rare and deeply appreciated.I was also dealing with an unpleasant odor in my car, and Joe didn’t brush it off. Johnathan is awesome!! He is the only reason why I continue to return. The hospitality of having drinks and space for everyone to be comfortable waiting is a plus. You can tell Jonathan is busy, yet you don’t feel rushed when he’s taking care of you.
