Was number 3 in line still took over 30 mins to check in. Car setting were changed still trying to rest car back to settings

My service advisor Mike was fantastic. He provided an accurate quote for the cost of the needed repairs and then kept me well updated on the status of my vehicle from start to finish. I will definitely be back to see Mike again in the future.

Service tech Coleton Hilton was great!! Have dealt with him since I purchased my car.This is a really trivial complaint but what has happened to the M&M peanuts and the mixed nuts? No mixed nuts or M&M peanuts my last three visits to your dealership. The Chex mix and the peanutbutter pretzel bites are terrible.

My service at Park Place is ALWAYS the BEST! I had a small emergency on Wednesday afternoon and came to the service department where I was met with professionalism and grace, even though it was almost closing time before a holiday!Missy was amazing! She listened to my problem and said, "let me get you in a loaner and we will contact you on Friday." I received a text at 11am Friday that my vehicle was ready; no charge - the repair was covered under warranty!When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, as I exited the loaner, I was greeted BY NAME by the porter. When they brought my car to me, it was washed and vacuumed!My FIFTEEN YEAR OLD RX350 was treated like it was brand new!I cannot say enough about my experiences with your service department! 10 stars every time!Thank you!
