I actually had two apts one for each of my vehicles and to be honest the experience was subpar compared to the level I have come to expect after being a loyal customer for many years. For the NX I seemed like my vehicle was forgotten and it was not until I called after lunch that it was even started on (following a 7:30 apt) where I asked for it to be ready at noon. It should not take 2 texts messages and a call to get feedback on status... For the ES I was also scheduled with Joe Ramirez who informed me he was wpuod be off (scheduling must had made a mistake) and that Ricky would be covering however when I arrived at 8 am Ricky was not there. After waiting for 10 minutes thankfully Jonathan came and he took very good care of me and my second vehicle. Outside of Jonathan stepping up it feels like your dropped the ball on both of my recent apt back to back which is not how you should treat someone who has purchased 3 cars from your combined dealerships over the last 10 years, including one less than 12 months ago.

It’s always a great experience! I call it going on a field trip as I eat peanut M&M’s with a Diet Coke and reading. The service advisor, Fred, is excellent with communicating with me. He is very helpful and courteous and takes the time to answer my questions.

Bryce Harrison was so helpful from the onset. Gave me solid numbers on the repair and took extra initiative to help with my scraped wheel. Charges were right in line as quoted.he gave me updates throughout the repair and called after I got home to insure everything was ok.

A few extra wait minutes. No issue at all gave me a chance to walk around and shop the 2026 models.
