I had a 10:45 appointment, but I had to wait for about 50 minutes before I was even seen. There was a lack of communication during and about the wait time, that as a first time customer, could have alleviated some frustration. After my car was taken, Greg did a nice job.

Talon did a great job making us feel heard and cared for. We're already thinking about when he have to replace our other car -- we're planning to come back for that purchase.
