My customer experience was awful. I left my car to "fix" my bumper and nobody called me with prices, to repaint, to change the bumper or Lexus will pay some part. Nothing. They left a message saying the work was done, when nothing was performed in the car, besides the maintenance. A fancy dealer with suit people, but the service quality is very low. Bad to Lexus to have a dealer like Park Place.
