Ricky Esparza is my main service representative and he has ALWAYS, not just this recent visit, but EACH time I have brought in my 2033 RX350 to be serviced he ask gone the "extra mike" in every way to accommodate me. He is very thorough explaining the paperwork to me and answering every question that I have. He is definitely an asset to Grapevine's dealership and is an example to all your service department employees as to how he takes care of your customers in every way - from answering or returning my calls or rescheduling my appointment or just being available for me! Advisor was nice and explained all my question. And the loaner car service was also great. It was very difficult to get loaner car service for European cars, but they provided the service right away, so it was a great experience.

It was efficient. Juan did a great job of getting the windshield replaced. He got me in a loan car quickly. I couldn’t ask for better service.
