I found the nail in my tire the night before I took it in to Lexus Grapevine to. They were able to take it in and work on it that morning. My service advisor, Junior, did a fantastic job in getting the work done. This is what he does every time I take my care in for service. Great job.

Getting a loaner was a game changer so I could continue my life without my own car. Also, the final bill came in higher for the same work as the original estimate I signed when I dropped it off. The service rider/manager honored the original estimate I had signed. That level of customer service by doing the right thing was very much appreciated. I will always use this location for my service and will recommend to others as well.
