Fred, the service manager was great as he explained everything thoroughly. Estimated time to wait provided by Fred was very accurate.Guest area was wonderful while my vehicle was being serviced which made the wait a pleasant experience.

Lexus Park place replaced my windshield and had it back within a few days. Alec is the service manager and he took care of it so I had my car for vacation. He is always is thorough and professional and I appreciate his service.

Arturo did a great job taking care of my car. There was a loaner car ready for me when I arrived to drop off my car. He kept me informed throughout the service process. Park Place always takes such good care of my wife and me.

Waited on quickly even though the lines were long. Service writer was friendly and very efficient. Car was finished in the promised length of time. Enjoyed the comfortable, spacious and well-provisioned waiting area.
