Both drop off and pick up were quick and easy. Anthony was friendly and prepared.

My experience was no different from previous experiences. I always get excellent service from Ramírez,, my service advisor. When I needed it, as was the case this time, I’m provided a loaner vehicle and it really helps. In this instance, it enabled me to take both vehicles in on the same day and pick the second one early the next day.

Arturo (Service Manager) always provides the best experience. He always has loaner ready, keeps me updated on status of vehicle, and always has my vehicle cleaned and ready to go upon arrival to pickup. I never wait long. The guys in the bay are always polite and quick to retrieve vehicle. I absolutely love the customer service at Park Place Grapevine. I drive over an hour just to come to this location.

Starts with the service advisor. He or she is the one who makes you feel welcome or not and Edgar was great. He listened to my concerns and addressed every single one of them. One of the services was detailing my car and outside 2 or 3 small details it was great
