Fred always does an amazing job of taking care of me from the time I arrive to drop off to when I come back to pick up. He keeps me informed on progress and lets me know when it’s all ready.

Nice place, nice peoples, but waiting for two hours just for an oil changed and emission test with an appointment is ridiculous.

I got exactly what I expected—excellence. What took things to an entirely new level of amazing was this: when I arrived, my car appeared to be damaged. The service supervisor calmly pulled up the photos and showed me that the damage was already there when the car was brought in. He explained that what I was seeing was simply an area where a few clips were missing—and he even had extras on hand.
