Arturo Vargas Svc Advisor the best. Kept me well informed and has a nice customer-friendly personality. Will return to Lexus Grapevine for future vehicle needs.

Very underwhelming from past experience at the same service center. I understand why I haven’t used the service department in over 4 years. How can transmission fluid be lifetime as your service person claimed. He’s either lying or not very well educated.
