I was very pleased with how well my appointment went for my scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Mike took the time to assure that he was there for me if I needed anything during my service time. Everything was great. It takes quite a while just to get service. Would be better if you could keep the length of the service to an hour or less.

I came in because I had a door ding on the rear driver-side door. Greg looked it over and even pointed out another ding I hadn’t noticed. To make the most of my visit, he also suggested completing my emissions test since my vehicle registration renewal was coming up soon. He was very informative about other Lexus service offers and promotions as well. Friendly, professional, and the work was done great. Overall, a really positive experience!
