My service was exceptional. My Service Advisor, Coleton was great. I had an emergency to come up during my service appointment and he made sure I was accommodated. We experienced the same high standard of personalized care for our Lexus, we were kept informed about the status of repairs and when an issue arose we were offered a loaner and priority scheduling for the next day.
