Arrived early morning. Missy quickly met with me, determined service & put everything in action. Work was completed in a timely manner, with just enough time for a cup of coffee & short time to relax in the comfortable waiting area. A good experience!

For the last 20 years I have owned 3 lexus suv hybrids. All have been bought from park place due to the great service and convenience of loaner cars that park place offers.

Missy Smart was incredibly helpful. She over explained things and this is a very good thing for people like who doesn’t know nothing about mechanics. After service she checked on me. GREAT service
