My ‘needs maintenance’ light was on. I texted Fred and he got me in the next day. I was involved in all the work and it was done efficiently and quickly.

I always enjoy coming to Park Place Lexus of grapevine. This one is no exception. Setting up appointments is easy, and Bryce Harrison makes the rest of servicing process very straightforward. He was very considerate of my time and made sure I had a ride to go back to work while waiting on the repairs to complete. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle everyday when my vehicle was at the shop. This is the shop that I will always come back for servicing all my Lexus vehicles because I know I’m in good hands.
