Great service but pricey, but that’s a Lexus for you. Joe Ramirez does an excellent job and is a pleasure to deal with in your service department.

We experienced the same high standard of personalized care for our Lexus, we were kept informed about the status of repairs and when an issue arose we were offered a loaner and priority scheduling for the next day.
