Did a tune up - paid $200Recieved a free car wash, but they didn't even wipe the dust off the dash. This service has come a long way down since I bought my first Lexus at your dealership. I have lost count of how many cars I have purchased there, from Walter. The service personnel are always friendly and professional.

Ricky Esparza is my main service representative and he has ALWAYS, not just this recent visit, but EACH time I have brought in my 2033 RX350 to be serviced he ask gone the "extra mike" in every way to accommodate me. He is very thorough explaining the paperwork to me and answering every question that I have. He is definitely an asset to Grapevine's dealership and is an example to all your service department employees as to how he takes care of your customers in every way - from answering or returning my calls or rescheduling my appointment or just being available for me!
