All my experiences with the service department has gone well. I am consistently updated regarding my car status. I do like now how the mechanic sends and email for service that needs attention so you can make a good decision.

LOVE being able to book and pay online for a seamless experience. I do wish it was easier to know/remember my advisor. Would be great for your reminder email to include that info.My friend and sales person told me once I experienced Lexus service, I would never drive another car! So far I see what they mean based on my experience!

We were very well taken care of. The service advisor took the time to ask about any issues with the car and then explained all of what was going to get covered under our maintenance plan.

Both drop off and pick up were quick and easy. Anthony was friendly and prepared.

My experience was no different from previous experiences. I always get excellent service from Ramírez,, my service advisor. When I needed it, as was the case this time, I’m provided a loaner vehicle and it really helps. In this instance, it enabled me to take both vehicles in on the same day and pick the second one early the next day.
