Arturo (Service Manager) always provides the best experience. He always has loaner ready, keeps me updated on status of vehicle, and always has my vehicle cleaned and ready to go upon arrival to pickup. I never wait long. The guys in the bay are always polite and quick to retrieve vehicle. I absolutely love the customer service at Park Place Grapevine. I drive over an hour just to come to this location.

Smooth move

Starts with the service advisor. He or she is the one who makes you feel welcome or not and Edgar was great. He listened to my concerns and addressed every single one of them. One of the services was detailing my car and outside 2 or 3 small details it was great

I went to Park place to have a regular oil change. Also my moon roof keeps on making noise when I drive. The service people identify where the problem is and fix it within 2 days. I was loaned a 2025 Lexus RX350 luxury car. My commute was not interrupted hector my car. Instead I enjoyed the excellent service and professional support during my visit.
