Always a pleasant experence from the time of arrival for scheduled appintment to check out. Always greeted by courteous, professional and personable agents at check in. My maintainence advisor, Mike Rogers, always gives a thorough explanation of maintenance needs along with honest suggestions for continued or necessry needs to keep my car in excellent condition. I am fortunate to have Park Place Lexus Grapevine as my Lexus maintenance go-to.

Fast

Everything went very well!

It’s always a great experience at Grapevine Park Place and Joe is amazing.

Although the parts department ordered the wrong part, Juan was very kind and tried to make it right.

Juan is great to work with, keeps me informed at all times!

Nice and easy

Very efficient service department. Its a well oiled machine and the people are the best part.

Juliano Rapozo was terrific. He went above and beyond getting my car serviced that day. I said I would come back on another day but he insisted. He was great!

My service person was not the best experience when picking up the car. It’s too long to type in here but he was more concerned with being right and me making a mistake than he was about me. I told him you never know what journey someone is walking and to have more grace for people being wrong. I do not want to use him again. I can explain further with more space.
