Declined my loaner car when I arrived for service after it was scheduled four days prior when I made my appointment. Had to argue with the service rep (Greg) to get it. Did not have a military discount for service like every other car dealership I’ve ever been to. Greg was clearly trying to pressure me into the full service package instead of the just the oil change I wanted.
