Alec was outstanding! Best since we have been coming to Park Place. On a side note, on March 13th I called Park Place about a broken windshield on our other Lexus. Man said did not have it but would order it. Never heard back. Got it from Sewell for about 400$ less than PP quoted

I had a 7:00 a.m. appointment time. I was greeted quickly and had a loaner car within 15 minutes. I was updated via text and email and picked up my before 4:00 after my last appointment.
