Park Place Lexus has been my “go to” for service since my first engagement with the Lexus brand. I’m always remembered by my “primary team” in both sales and service side of the business. The relationship has endured - from my first lease (over 16 years ago) - to the purchase of my current RX 350 - the sales and service teams have always listened and taken care of me and my vehicles.With my recent service appointment for maintenance, my advisor Anthony pulled my service history, reviewing with me what was due as well as what would be practical and proactive for my vehicle at this juncture. As this service appointment wasn’t extensive, I decided I would wait and cleanup my email InBox. Seated comfortably in the service lounge area, Anthony kept me advised on the servicing progress. I was “done” and on my way in about 90 minutes with servicing complete and a washed vehicle as well! The Park Place Teams always deliver an exceptional experience.

Joe, my service advisor at Lexus and is absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, he went above and beyond in every possible way and delivered the best possible customer service experiences.He kept me informed every step of the way, making sure I always knew what was happening with my vehicle. What truly impressed me was how proactive he was, he didn’t just do his job, he took ownership of the situation by sending all the necessary documentation to the third-party company to help me getting a reimbursement. That level of care and attention is rare and deeply appreciated.I was also dealing with an unpleasant odor in my car, and Joe didn’t brush it off. He provided recommendations to help get it the smell removed.What started as a frustrating and not-so-good situation turned into a much better experience entirely because of Joe. His professionalism, communication, kindness, and genuine dedication to helping customers truly set him apart.Joe is an example of what outstanding customer service should look like. I cannot thank him enough and highly recommend him to anyone who wants to be treated with care, respect, and excellence.

It was great!

Johnathan is awesome!! He is the only reason why I continue to return. The hospitality of having drinks and space for everyone to be comfortable waiting is a plus. You can tell Jonathan is busy, yet you don’t feel rushed when he’s taking care of you.

Great reception as Fred answered many of our questions. Nice waiting area. Service performed as expected and in time frame as expected.
