Pretty great experience overall. Dean was terrific, as was all the team that I met along the way. I would say that the only thing that bothered me was why I was forced to purchase the vehicle as L/Certified even though it had not yet been through the inspection. No one could explain to me, just that if I wanted the LC 500, this is how it would be sold.

Scott walked me to my new car with the big red bow and worked with my son in law for several days to get the right car! Many people feel the way I feel about Scott!
