I had just purchased a used car from PPP and my battery died - so I had to have it towed back to the dealership. Park Place covered a brand new battery since I had driven it less than 100 miles - I was astonished and really pleased.

We dealt with Erin over the phone on Friday June 26 and we flew to DFW on July 1 to pick up our new car. She made it ridiculously easy. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. No small praise since I purchased my first car 50 years ago.
