This purchase was a big deal for me. I finally decided to buy a brand new car vs used and didn’t settle. Not only did I get the exact car I wanted, Greg made the car buying experience a dream too! He made me feel valued and the process easy and enjoyable! So much so that I chose to buy a car from him when there was another one that would’ve saved me even more money. That is a huge shout out to how well Greg did and made me feel, because normally my savvy negotiation skills and desire to be as frugal as possible, usually win out 😉.

Purchase was easy and Nick worked with us to remove an item we did not want. Although we did not test drive the vehicle we purchased, we had driven a similar one at a closer Lexus dealer.

I purchased my 2007 GS 350 new from Park Place Lexus over 18 years ago and have been a loyal customer since then simply because of the excellent service and professional relationship that I have with Scott Gillett. In fact, when I was in the market for a car this year, Scott referred me to work with Melissa Bryant, which I did for several months (and she was great), but when the car that I wanted was only available at Sewell Lexus in Dallas and they quoted me a price, I was all set to go and purchase the car. However, when I mentioned to Melissa that I found the car that I wanted, Melissa (to her credit and knowing my history with Scott and loyalty to Park Place Lexus) when to management to arrange for the same car that was designated to be delivered to Park Place in a month was able to match the price of Sewell, so it all worked out for the best. Melissa was wonderful to work with and I get to continue to get my car serviced with Scott.
