How many people complain about car salesman? A lot! I can honestly share with you that our experience with Samuel Perez was excellent. Right from the beginning, test driving, a wealth of knowledge about the operational aspects of the SUV. I drove a 350RX on a Saturday. By Wednesday we decided to pull the trigger and purchase the car. We traded in my convertible, negotiated a fair price. Received a couple of incentive's for our purchase. He beat our % rate, which was helpful. The process still takes a while as expected. But at the end, I went home with a new to me vehicle! VERY VERY Pleased.
