Kelli was absolutely amazing!! No seriously, from the time I called her 30 minutes before the store closed she took my call on the fly, provided me video and photos of the car all within like 15 minutes of our call! This was greatly appreciated more so due to the fact that I visited Park Place and Grapevine and had the WORST experience a week prior. Literally looked at a Lexus CPO car there and my god it smelled horrible, the rims were damaged AND the sells person there named Rob, tried down playing deep scratches as "swirl marks" No sir, they did NOT get my money. Glad I decided to try Park Place in Plano as I received STELLAR service from Kelli! I bought my LC500 and GX460 from Sewell Lexus in Fort Worth (meh) not terrible, but I will now start buying with Kelli! Between my credit union and Kelli having the paperwork ready to go, soon as I exited the Uber we were rocking and rolling! As a business owner, I appreciated the efficiency! I can go on but I'll be back shopping with Kelli soon, thinking of trading in my LC for a IS500, she will definitely be my sales person!

Initially, I was not very happy that I spoke with a sales person who promised to email me details on a vehicle but never did.I ended up driving to the dealership four days later and asking for a new sales person. I met Nick and ended up buying an NX and was very happy with the experience.
