Excellent salesperson and service advisor

Michael Snyder was my sales person and I met him at the front door. We were interested in the RX-350 and Michael walked us through our options while asking detailed questions and providing answers. He was a real professional.After going for test drives on a few RX-350’s I found my car with Michael’s help. A 2017 RX350 silver and in excellent condition. This vehicle had a perfect service record and made every 5000 mile service at Park Place Plano.Michael was always a step ahead in our purchase process and seemed to anticipate our every concern including finance. We used Lexus financing and included the value added interior, exterior protection with GAP insurance.The RX 350 drives like a dream. I have owned luxury cars previously but the Lexus 350 provides more than I anticipated from a luxury SUV.

My initial visit was with Dorothy. She was OUTSTANDING AND AMAZING. She listened to what I wanted in my car and didn't try to sell me something different. She gave me a guarantee that I would be able to get my dream car, and I believed her. I had a previous bad experience at a different dealership and decided to try one more time. She changed my mind for good about buying a Lexus. As time passed, she would follow up with me to let me know what was going on with the process. when she finally knew my car was processing, we finalized on color and a tentative date was provided. Sadly, she was not available for my car delivery, so Dean stepped in for her and he was also OUTSTANDING. Walked me through the process and finalized all paperwork and assisted with making sure I knew how things worked in my new SUV.
