Paul was amazing. he was very professional and kind. he made the buying experience the best its ever been. it only took 2 and 1/2 hours to get the whole transaction done. who has ever heard of that??? he gave us a fair trade on our old car and a fair price on the new car.Paul is your salesman if you want a great experience!

My initial visit was with Dorothy. She was OUTSTANDING AND AMAZING. She listened to what I wanted in my car and didn't try to sell me something different. She gave me a guarantee that I would be able to get my dream car, and I believed her. I had a previous bad experience at a different dealership and decided to try one more time. She changed my mind for good about buying a Lexus. As time passed, she would follow up with me to let me know what was going on with the process. when she finally knew my car was processing, we finalized on color and a tentative date was provided. Sadly, she was not available for my car delivery, so Dean stepped in for her and he was also OUTSTANDING. Walked me through the process and finalized all paperwork and assisted with making sure I knew how things worked in my new SUV.

Kal was extremely helpful and provided us with detailed information to confidently handle the NX. He also offered us a great deal on several of the options.
