Speedy service which I appreciated. However, my car is returned to me as-is with no light cleaning. My Kia dealership always ran it through the washer, vacuumed the floor and seats, and dusted the dash. If Kia can do this, Lexus needs to to. It would leave me loving my car and feeling great about the service. Instead when I leave Lexus I feel like only the minimum is done.

Kelli was great! I am 3 hours away so I purchased a used car over the phone. Kelli did a video call with me to show me the items on the car that I had concerns with.i could not have asked for a more friendly or helpful sales person. She is exactly who I would want on my frontline as a business owner. Since I usually by my vehicles over the phone, if ever I am in the market for another car I will certainly consider Park Place Lexus first.
