It was great. Ryan was awesome, patient, and very knowledgeable and helpful. And super nice. Process was super easy and actually enjoyable. For my 3rd car purchase it was very nice.

I've removed one star for the following issue. I called in advanced and Melissa and I agreed on $900 off the price of the RX. After test driving and agreeing to move forward with the purhcase, she informed me that they would only be able to do $500 off. She was unable to give a reason. They refused to provide an additional key fob or even floor mats in lieu of backing out of the agreed upon price. I have kept the rating at 4 stars because Park Place made an expensive sunroof repair that was discovered after I completed the purchase, and this showed me a lot of good will.

Nick Hawley was exceptional to work with. I tried to find a specific IS 350 in Iridium at several dealers throughout the southern US. I located one in transit at your dealer and contacted Park Place Lexus Plano. Nick responded late one evening when I contacted right away and confirmed availability. He had the paperwork to me the next morning and kept me informed throughout the process. In a few weeks, we were traveling to Dallas to take delivery. Nick went above and beyond and was so professional and transparent throughout this process. What an amazing experience at your dealership! Nick was personable, down to earth, and listened to our concerns. I would highly recommend him and Park Place Lexus to anyone in the market for a vehicle!
