I've removed one star for the following issue. I called in advanced and Melissa and I agreed on $900 off the price of the RX. After test driving and agreeing to move forward with the purhcase, she informed me that they would only be able to do $500 off. She was unable to give a reason. They refused to provide an additional key fob or even floor mats in lieu of backing out of the agreed upon price. I have kept the rating at 4 stars because Park Place made an expensive sunroof repair that was discovered after I completed the purchase, and this showed me a lot of good will.

He had the paperwork to me the next morning and kept me informed throughout the process. In a few weeks, we were traveling to Dallas to take delivery.
