The dealership made a bad experience a great one by partnering me with Erin Pettijohn-Pucket. My previous sales person (bought 2 cars with him) became terrible with communication, with me having to beg him to respond. I brought it up with the sales manager and he assigned Erin. She explains pricing and options so well, provides weekly updates on the car, and worked several different lease/buy options which made the day of purchase very easy.
