I was in need of a new car due to mine being involved in an accident and deemed a total loss. I came back to Park Place for a 3rd time and worked with Erin for the 2nd time. As always, Erin was very helpful and knowledgeable of all the models that we test drove and was her usual friendly and funny self.My only complaint is that when it came to financing, it seemed like it didn't matter that I was a three peat client. I'm not happy with the interest rate on the loan and really felt like there was something more that could have been done. My first choice was to finance with LFS, but the loan was shopped around to find a better rate of only .04% or something. I had a nice down payment and excellent credit but that didn't seem to matter. It still bugs me today.
