The auto was perfect. We had to wait one and half hours for a scheduled appointment. We were charged for , an unasked for warranty ,during negotiations. I should have caught it , welcome to an 85 yr old world.

I felt a bit rushed as it was my first time coming for an appointment and I had a few questions. I still don’t completely understand the package I bought with my vehicle to upkeep the leather…and why I wasn’t able to utilize that when I came in.
