I chatted about a lease agreement, Nick Hawley reached out to me later that day, I test drove the vehicle the following day and signed papers. Nick answered all of my questions- although, I didn't have many. I researched what I wanted and knew what I was going to pay. Nick did a good job dealing with a Gen X'r, but I was an easy sale ;)

Mr. Dean McCaskill provided me with celebrity style services. I was recently in a car accident that totaled my 2017 Lexus IS 200t. I was devastated and in distress. I had a dream about my new Lexus color and model. Dean found one that was in production enroute to Park Place Plano Lexus. He immediately secured the vehicle for me and provided me with a weekly status of the vehicles location. Upon the arrival of my new car, as a courtesy, I sent him my flight itinerary and he voluntarily picked me up from the airport at 6:08 am, offered to take me to breakfast, gave me a grand tour of the dealership, introduced me to all the services employees, showed me my new car and went over all of its features and paired my cell phone to my car, we signed the contract, he was honest and not pushy and helped me select all maintenance packages necessary based on my occupation and driving experience. He took me to lunch, then drove me back to the airport. Dean stayed at the dealership until 8:00 pm when the vehicle transporter arrived and sent me a very nice video of my vehicle being loaded up and sent on its way to my home in New Braunfels, TX. He even remembered that I named my car Smoke. In the text message with the attached video he said “Smokieis on his way home!”GREAT attention to detail! I’m impressed.😁Mr. McCaskill is the TRUE definition of EXCELLENCE customer service. He’s a ROCKSTAR and I had a wonderful time talking, laughing and purchasing my new car with him.THANK YOU Dean! I ❤️my new Lexus!
