Melissa is great. She stepped in as my repairs on my 2013 ES350 were too much for the age of the car. We spoke briefly about what I wanted and she had several choices ready for me to see that evening.Shout out to Hailey Ramirez in service who discussed my options for the repairs and then set me up with Melissa.

I had an extraordinary experience at Park Place as always. It is very apparent that their focus is on the client experience and they do an excellent job of making the clients feel special.

I had the best experience ever. Trey, Emily and the finance gentleman went above beyond. We had so many issue with Sewell that I had given up on going with Lexus and almost went with Mercedes. When I called Park Place and spoke Trey he went above and beyond with finding me the perfect suv it's more beautiful then I could ever imagine.

Jolly George and Brett Rogers were wonderful!!!! I called Jolly to advise of the recent dents/dings on our newly purchased vehicle and he quickly coordinated with Brett Rogers whom my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting and working with to closure. The body work performed by Park Place Lexus set my mind at ease, small container of paint was a nice touch at zero cost and THANKS to Brett for the 2nd review of the vehicle with my husband. Not one time in either of our review of our vehicle did we feel rushed by Brett even though it was very close to closing time. Also, note that Jolly waited for our arrival even though he had a prior appointment and wanted to insure a smooth hand off to Brett.
