I was upset because of the issue. I just purchased TX one month ago. However, the service person rented me the same size car, and he was nice. I wish it is not major issue. I purchased new car because I do not want to get stress out.

Brian Kaminsky has always taken care of me and my family for years now. He is very knowledgeable on the Mercedes Brand and gave us specific in-site on the different models available in our price point. We were able to compare that information across a few models without feeling pressure to make an immediate decision. We ultimately decided on the new 2025 IS350 F-Sport. We love our sports sedan, and Brian was awesome.
