Love my new Lexus but the paperwork & computer process took way too long (5 hrs)! I had already completed financing application on line and was approved. Had already decided on Lexus back in December & had to wait for it to come in.It should have only taken about 1-1/2 hrs.

Melissa Bryant went above and beyond. She listened to my requests and provided the information I was seeking. It can be hard buying a car that is 1500 miles away, but Melissa made the experience smooth and easy.
