Jolly George and Brett Rogers were wonderful!!!! I called Jolly to advise of the recent dents/dings on our newly purchased vehicle and he quickly coordinated with Brett Rogers whom my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting and working with to closure. The body work performed by Park Place Lexus set my mind at ease, small container of paint was a nice touch at zero cost and THANKS to Brett for the 2nd review of the vehicle with my husband. Not one time in either of our review of our vehicle did we feel rushed by Brett even though it was very close to closing time. Also, note that Jolly waited for our arrival even though he had a prior appointment and wanted to insure a smooth hand off to Brett. This type of customer service AFTER the purchase is not often known. Gold and Five Star Service at Park Place Lexus.

Very professional and helpful.Great service and knowledgeable

Scott Gillett is a great service advisor

An amazing experience!

My experience was very positive due to my sales person, Kal Farris. He was personable, communicative and provided key information through the process. I was buying the car while in PA, so having this type of timely information was critical. Also he went the extra mile around ensuring I was happy with the car, able to maneuver Dallas with toll-tag, etc. You are lucky to have him at Park Place!

Pleasant, comfortable experience.

Nick was eager to help me getting the car I wanted. The car arrived as described. The service was excellent. This is the 2nd car I bought from this dealership. I highly recommend this dealership.

Cameron was great - very smooth transaction.
