From the very first time we walked-in with a truckload of questions, to the final visit of signing and driving the car home, he made us feel like family. We never felt pressured or judged in the slightest; he was thorough and patient throughout the process, always communicating effectively and promptly. The day we walked-in, to talk about the world of leasing, he was entirely aware that we are at step 1 in this process, with a lot of ifs and buts, accompanied by no guarantees. He still welcomed us with much respect, and genuinely advised us on lease options and so much more! This kind of attitude and professionalism is so refreshing to see in the world of car sales.
