This is our 3rd Vehicle from Park Place Dealerships. We purchased a RX in 2004 when you were at your Preston Location and a few years ago purchased a Mercedes C Class (just an okay experience) and then this one at Park Place on the Tollway. We have always been treated with extreme respect, as a valued customer, and felt important when we have gone into Lexus Plano dealership. Our experience this time was not different, our time was valued, our desired vehicle was met, no pressure, and an overall excellent experience. My wife HATES car shopping because of all the games, delays, back and forth, but she doesn't mind Park Place as it is handled professionally, gracefully, and respectfully.
