Previous customer and Don Mitchell always treats us like family. He kept his eye on the model and trim we wanted that was being built (25') and was in contact as soon as it hit the lot. Really glad we waited for the 25's . it is a wonderful improvement fo the RX 350 +. Don and Park Place are wonderful to work with both in pricing and service. I had talked to Herb Simonsen the day prior. I drove to Plano the next day (Saturday) from the Little Rock Arkansas area. He met me promptly, had the keys with him for the car I wanted. We went and looked it over. He showed me a bunch af safety features and computer setups. We test drove the car & I bought it. He had everything ready for me, he did not make me waste my time getting everything set-up because he had prepared for me ahead of time. Herb made everything go so smoothly, I really appreciated this.
