I had talked to Herb Simonsen the day prior. I drove to Plano the next day (Saturday) from the Little Rock Arkansas area. He met me promptly, had the keys with him for the car I wanted. We went and looked it over. He showed me a bunch af safety features and computer setups. We test drove the car & I bought it. He had everything ready for me, he did not make me waste my time getting everything set-up because he had prepared for me ahead of time. Herb made everything go so smoothly, I really appreciated this.

Great

I've bought many cars over the years since the late 50's and Park Place makes it easy. Some very qualified people answer any question and treat you with respect. This was the 3rd vehicle I purchased from Park Place and it's never been a hassle.

Sam Perez performed well beyond what I expected. He was courteous, responsive and helped us immeasurably in us getting the vehicle we desired. I will recommend him to any of my friends and acquaintances who might need a car.

I worked with Kelli and just have to say that this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had.

Positive and Profressional

Kelli was fantastic to work with.

Don Mitchell was amazing to work with as always.

Our sales rep, Kal Farris, was amazing! We felt welcome from the receptionists to Kal Farris! Kal took the time to talk with us and see what we wanted! The best car sales experience I have ever had! I LOVE my Lexus! Thank you, Kal!

Andrew Kirkland was fabulous as usual!!
