We came in for service with Gustavo Del Rio who is terrific! My wife found a new ES 350 and we bought it through Herb Simonsen who was equally terrific!

We had a seemless experience purchasing our first Lexus RX350 with Ryan B. He was outstanding and delivered great customer service and was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Ryan was not pushy and was one of the best we have ever dealt with purchasing a new vehicle. We highly recommend him and Park Place Plano, with their excellent customer service, beautiful showroom, and incredibly nice employees/manager (Gerry).
