Walked in and we were greeted warmly by the front desk. She introduced us to Kal and we told him I wanted a used Rx 350. He showed us several beautiful cars and we ended up getting one that was in impeccable shape and also in our budget. Kal was warm and not pushy and made the process so smooth. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Park Place. The beautiful atmosphere and terrific customer service will keep us Park Place customers. Receptionists were friendly, down to earth. Salesman was friendly, down to earth, very knowledgeable, and patient. He was not pushy. The dealership building is luxurious. Loved that I completed the entire sales process with the salesman at his desk and was not shuttled off to a back office to deal with a finance manager.

Everyone was stellar—especially our sales manager Jason Huber. This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Jason. He makes every purchase seamless. Also would like to mention Datone, another salesman. He was very helpful in tracking down additional information when Jason was initially with another client. We were walk ins so had no appointment.

It was a quick turnaround and I was ultimately satisfied. They were a little low on my trade-in, but I accepted it anyway in the interest of time.
