After arrival at the dealership we were looking at the showroom cars. One of the ladies at front desk asked us what we were interested in & she said she would alert one of the sales staff & he would be right w/us. There was no waiting around till he arrived & introduced himself to us. We bought the car & Nick showed us how to operate it. We had a 2012 Lexus, but did not use it for a trade-in. So many things had changed & he walked us through everything. We were in & out of there in about 3 hrs. My husband likes to talk a lot & Nick was so polite & listened to him, we did not feel rushed at all .He was a great salesman & we were so surprised we didn't have to come back another day to pick it up. I would send picture, but I haven't taken one yet. we had a wonderful experience (our 2nd w/your company) . Loved the treatment there (we knew we would)
