Car was ready and waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Cameron was great. Walked out with a Corvette!

Loved it! Ryan was awesome. My Lexus was 13 years old, so it had been a while since I’ve been through this process (which I abhor). He made it so easy.

Naseem was great. It felt good only having to work with one person throughout the entire process.

I had been so excited, but that quickly changed. I did arrive earlier than I had planned, but the fact that no one said hello or asked if I needed help or offered me anything to drink made me question this place. I did walk to the new car lobby and the receptionist was on her phone until I was right in front of her and she put it down. She did call Emily and I found out that she wouldn’t be there until 10, so I sat in the lobby and waited and felt ignored by the employees that walked by. She showed up and I test drove the Highlander, then signed some paperwork and under the impression that I was going to get $12,500 for my trade in (KBB was showing between $11k-13k for trade). I waited and waited for about an hour before she finally came back to her desk and she informed me that I had made a mistake and switched two numbers on my mileage, I took full responsibility for that but I said you also had the VIN and the Carfax that showed my last oil change like a month earlier, so they knew I messed up and didn’t say a word to me until I was already there. They could have called or emailed to verify on Friday or Saturday before I drove 5 hours. Side note, if my vehicle did only have 109k miles instead, I would expect more that $12,500 for that trade. I tried to be reasonable and I asked if I could as least get $10k, this was a huge shock to me, I didn’t intentionally swap the two numbers, but I was told they wanted to only give me $8k, but I already had an offer for $9k. She left again for like 45 minutes and came back to say they wouldn’t go above $9k. I said fine, I’ll take it but I will never come back here again. Also, not sure if they even tried to find me a better interest rate, but as someone with an 816 credit score, I expect a lot better than 7.4%, so far everything I’ve seen is 5 or less. I just stayed quiet the rest of my interactions with Emily. There was one very nice employee outside who asked me about my cup, he wasn’t a sales rep, he was genuine and honest. I get in my car and leave, I see trash, glitter, crumbs and sticky spots, so apparently this wasn’t detailed or cleaned very well. Tuesday I drove to discount tire because I always have a specific location that I trust check. My tires on the driver side were at 6, the passenger side were at 5, you need new tires at 4. I had to buy four brand new tires because I couldn’t risk having a blowout as much as I drive and it’s starting to get colder and soon there will be snow and ice. While at discount I talked to Zach from your dealership on the phone. At first he seemed understanding, but then I felt as though it were all my fault and that the dealership didn’t take advantage of my mistake. He said he would get back to me, he still hasn’t. I saw the reply to my Google review saying that Daniel Moore had reached out to me, he never has, don’t even know who he is, so you lied in the response to look better. I understand that dealerships are trying to make money, but there is no customer service there and I honestly expected so much more from a Lexus dealership. I felt completely taken advantage of and that I was nothing more than a check to everyone there. I know I messed up, but it was an honest mistake and if I would’ve had an email or a phone call (not that anyone there actually answers phones, just calls back) to question the numbers, I could have saved a drive, or we could’ve worked something out, or I could have been prepared, but to not say a word was deceitful and if that’s how you want to run your business, that’s on you. You reap what you sew. If things are made right, I’ll take down the 4 reviews I’ve left, but we will see if I even hear back. I buy cars more than I should, so I could have easily gone back in the future to trade.
