My experience with Nick was nothing short of great simple easy. I told him where I needed to be. He made it happen and we bought the car same day easiest and quickest as well as best car buying experience I’ve ever had personally Nick did a great job and took care of me and my family very well.

I was here to have service on my car and to purchase it since it was on lease. Scott Gillett and Joel Pechauer were, as usual, wonderful! They were both efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. All in all, they made the process simple and easy.

Herb was awesome as usual. Knew all about the pre-owned ES that we were interested in (history, etc.). We took a spin, gave it the once-over and bought it. Herb made the paperwork easy and off we went.

The front desk is super nice, as well as the experience on pick up the vehicle.One last thing on the customer experience, maybe you are on the spectrum of helping the green planet, and we have learned to bring our own water bottle next time. When you ask customer to like anything to drink, please provide something with "cap", or simply bottled water or coffee, so that we won't worry about spill in the car.Last couple times, we have to dump the water to the ground, since we don't know how to carry the open cup of water with us after the appointment.Thanks.---As for the Clicklane, the online experience can be a little bit better.We have the agent Nick put us on the list for the white car we are interested.However, for the pricing, say single lease option, we only knew that at the dealership.Also, the for the new car, we don't worry too much at all, if there is a guaranteed return period (say 45 days) if we found anything inconsistent with the web description.I want to save my time, I don't want to spend 4 hours at dealership to get the car.I want to spend 4 minutes to click some button, and then the car will show up at my door.The trade-in can be as simple as your agent deliver the new car, and pick up the used-car from the garage.If amazon can do garage delivery, isn't car the best thing to deliver at the "garage"?
